After years of leading mortgage education at other organizations, I started LockedIn Learning because I believe education should do more than just check a box. I’ve managed NMLS approvals, built programs from the ground up, and have seen firsthand what happens when training is treated as an afterthought. Originators deserve to feel prepared, and employers deserve a return on their training.
I wanted to build something different: education taught by people who have actually done the work, grounded in how the mortgage industry really works, and delivered with the excellence every mortgage professional deserves.
My work with various industry associations has also shown me how much talent is waiting for the right door to open. LockedIn Learning is my way of opening it, so every learner who comes through our programs leaves not just licensed, but locked in to a career they can build on.
