How we use artificial intelligence in our content and course development.

LockedIn Learning may use approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support research, drafting, editing, scripting, and content production. AI is used to improve efficiency and support content development, but it does not replace human expertise, judgment, or final approval.

All AI-assisted content is reviewed by a human before it is published, shared, or used in any course or learner-facing material. Where needed, content is also reviewed by a subject matter expert to confirm accuracy, relevance, and compliance.

LockedIn Learning does not use AI as the sole source of legal, regulatory, or factual guidance. We also do not allow confidential, proprietary, client, or learner information to be entered into unapproved AI tools.

Final responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and compliance of all published content remains with LockedIn Learning.
