1.1

Purpose

LockedIn Learning issues Course Completion Certificates to all students who successfully complete an NMLS-approved PE or CE course in accordance with the requirements set forth in these policies. This section establishes the standards for certificate content, issuance, delivery, and recordkeeping, and includes an example certificate template for reference.

1.2

Certificate issuance requirements

A Course Completion Certificate will be issued only upon satisfaction of all of the following conditions:

Full completion of all required course modules, content, and time-on-task requirements.
Successful passage of the final course assessment at or above the minimum NMLS-required passing score.
Submission of the End-of-Course Survey.
Verification of the student's identity and NMLS Unique Identifier.
Receipt of full payment for the course.

Certificates are not issued for partial course completions, failed assessments pending retake, or courses that have been cancelled due to policy violations.

1.3

Required certificate information

All Course Completion Certificates issued by LockedIn Learning must contain the following information as required by the NMLS:

Student's full legal name (as registered with the NMLS)
Student's NMLS Unique Identifier
Name of the course completed
NMLS Course ID number
Number of credit hours completed (PE or CE hours, as applicable)
Course type designation (Pre-Licensure Education or Continuing Education)
Date of course completion
Name and NMLS Provider ID of LockedIn Learning
Authorized signature of the LockedIn Learning Education Administrator or CEO

Certificate delivery

Certificates are delivered to students through the following procedures:

Upon meeting all completion requirements, the LMS automatically generates a PDF certificate and emails it to the student's address on file within one (1) business day.
The certificate is also made available for download in the student's LMS account portal for the duration of the student's account.
The Company retains a copy of every certificate issued in accordance with the Data and Document Retention Policy.
Students who require a replacement certificate may request one in writing at info@lockedinlearning.com. A nominal replacement fee may apply as posted on the Company's website.

NMLS credit reporting

Concurrent with certificate issuance, the Company reports the student’s course completion to the NMLS in accordance with NMLS reporting requirements and timelines. Students should allow up to seven (7) calendar days for NMLS credit to appear in their NMLS Individual record following receipt of their certificate.

Sample course completion certificate

The sample certificate below is provided for policy reference and NMLS submission purposes. The final certificate design may include the Company’s official logo and branding. Bracketed fields will be populated with student-specific and course-specific data at the time of issuance.
