Over the past 15 years, she has helped shape how mortgage professionals learn, championing live, engaging education over check-the-box training. A board member of Women In Mortgage and the Black Mortgage Professionals Alliance (BMPA) and a national speaker, she presents at industry events, hosts webinars and podcasts, and founded LockedIn Learning to deliver practical, expert-led education.
